7 Ideas on How to Get More Done and Have More Free
Time with Self-Hypnosis
You can do
self-hypnosis anytime you wish. It is a powerful tool.
1.
When you hear
negative self-talk, say to yourself, cancel, cancel, cancel.
2.
Never use
negative contractions such as,
can't, don't, shouldn't, wouldn't, etc.
3.
When canceling negative sentences, always
follow with a positive affirmation. For example, a negative thought
would be, I don't have enough time to get it all done; a positive
affirmation would be, I can get it all done in a timely manner.
4.
Breathe. Oftentimes when people are
anxious about something, they stop themselves from breathing. So by
breathing, it van help by balancing out the chemicals in the brain so
that you can be more productive.
5.
If you have employees, make sure the
messages you are giving them are positive words. give them lots of
positive affirmations, just like what you say to yourself. What you say
to people, the subconscious hears, and the messages you are giving them
can be self-fulfilling.
6.
What you say to yourself, even if it's
pretend, the subconscious will believe as truth, so be sure your truth
is positive and you'll get positive things back.
7.
Give yourself and
your employees some short-term goals. For example, Today my business
is going to make $1,000. Make sure it is doable. For some it might
be $1,000, for another it could be $50,000. Make certain it is congruent
with the kind of business you have.
Our words are very powerful. They can
either hinder you or help you. Before you know it, you won't be wasting
your time on negative thinking, which will free up your time and
increase your business.
